Paamul Hotel - Palmul

Had a blast with my friends! The beach was just steps away, and the views were fine. We checked out nearby spots where we climbed rocks and met iguanas. Took a ferry to Cozumel. The restaurant had excellent food and service, perfect for our group meals. Can't wait to go back!

We enjoyed staying in this hotel! Stayed for 2 nights and was impressed by this small venue. The location was amazing, a super close walk to Barbican House.

Comfy and brand-new room with a work desk, coffee/tea makers, and television. Lovely location short walk to a smal Carribean beach and a bay, shore, and the restaurant and really helpful staff. For tea or coffee visit Carafe Coffee Roasters nearby.

I was disappointed with the mattresses, uncomfortably firm. I found the restaurant's service to be quite slow, especially when it was busy. On multiple occasions, I experienced issues with noise levels from nearby clubs that disrupted my peace.

This place was terrible! The poor-quality mattresses made for a horrible sleep, and the dirty bathroom with rusting fixtures was just unacceptable. I nearly gave a good review, but that horrible sunbed incident where I was kicked off without an apology ruined it entirely. I expected at least a complimentary drink or an upgrade in my Queen Suite Sea View. Truly disappointing.

I absolutely loved the beautiful beach access right from my room, and the snorkeling was incredible with so many colorful fish to see. There are plenty of comfy lounge chairs by the shore for relaxation, and the restaurant's evening ambiance made for lovely dinners. My only small issue was that the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times. Don't miss the breakfast—it’s delicious! 🌊

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but for what you get, it felt acceptable.

Fine views from the Queen Suite created a amazing backdrop for my stay. The large balcony was perfect for enjoying the tranquil mornings. Beach access was effortless, and I appreciated the friendly waitstaff at the restaurant with meals that delighted my palate. The service at the restaurant was inconsistent, with a few delays during peak hours. The Wi-Fi struggled at times. A beautiful escape with some room for improvement.

Bring Your Own Patience

The sea view from my Junior Suite was fine, but the shower experience was frustrating. Water splashed everywhere. Despite this, the vibrant restaurant offered delicious meals with a friendly atmosphere, though service could improve significantly. Consider off-peak dining hours for less wait.

This hotel has a fantastic location, just a quick walk from Anne of Cleves House.

The beach access was superb, great to enjoy snorkeling right off the shore.

Unfortunately, the microwave in our room was malfunctioning, making it inconvenient for quick meals.
